Yes, you are eligible for this course. All you need to have a Bachelors degree. And if you want to join in government universities you have to prepare and write PGCET entrance exams.

In order to become eligible for M.Sc in Biochemistry, a candidate should have done Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% aggregate in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Botany, Zoology, Microbiology and other Life Sciences subjects. As you have done B.Pharm, you can try for M.Pharm. It will be more beneficial for your career.

B.Sc/ B.Sc (Hons.) in any area of Biology or Chemistry (with Biology subject as Subsidiary) with at least 50% marks in aggregate.
