Both are equally good, and it totally depended on your own caliber. M.Sc. Micro biology leads to employ in R&D, Pharma industries, Food and dairy, quality control department. M.Sc. Biotech leads to employ in Agriculture business, Pharma, QA/QC sector, R&D, Clinical Research etc. , in india. M.Sc. Biotech has huge scope than M.Sc. Micro biology. All the best for your future. You can but there are very less posts for this field. Eligibility for ISRO Recruitment
Candidates must have qualified B.E/B.Tech or equivalent qualifying degree in first class with an aggregate minimum of 65% marks or CGPA of 6.84 on a scale of 10. ISRO is strict about the CGPA or marks and doesn't consider anything less than the given criteria.
