B.Sc (Botany) will be more helpful as it would be useful to select as an optional for the IAS Exam (Mains).it would be also helpful to choose your career as a teacher/lecturer in that subject. .

Check the programmes at IISER ,IIA Bangalore, CFTRI Mysore, TIFR Mumbai, WBUT Kolkata, LNIPE Gwalior, JNU, IISC. They all have the integrated p.hd programme and entrances for the same.

Aditya your choice of college depends on many factors like location , placements etc. Choose from IIT,DU, BHU, AMU, LPU,VIT,KIIT etc. I must suggest. you can also go for b.tech degree in food technology, biotechnology or nanotechnology with your PCB marks. There are better horizons after a b.tech degree in life sciences.
