Not at all, NEET is only for healthcare related degrees. You can do a B.Sc in Marine Biology followed by M.Sc various colleges in India offer them. Here is a link by national institute of oceanography that has information of all marine Science related institutes National Institute of Oceanography (NIO). All the best.
