1) MBBS
2) BAMS

In your PUC you have failed in one subject. Right? Firstly i will urge you to clear your PUC. Secondly why insist on engineering? In current year over lakhs of seats are lying vacant across in India. In addition HRD ministry stated that only 50% fresh graduates could get placed. I would therefore urge you to look for career in different field for achievable success.
