If you are really interested in applying your knowledge of computer Science to biology then in my opinion you should go for Bioinformatics or computational biology where you can make use of your programming skills (using Java, python, Bioperl etc. ). To design software which can be used in biological research as well as since the knowledge and data in the field of biology is increasing day by day with the advancemnets in technology & inputs from other fields of Science, it has now become very cumbersome to store, analyze and interconncet the information generated manually so bioinformaticians help in designing software & o
