No, it's not compulsory. There is no best of 3 but your cumulative score is considered and there are several people who achieve a good score with PCM, however, it's preferred if you attempt to bio improve your score.

You can do B.Sc in biology and then M.Sc in some specific stream. If you are interested in botany or zoology then you can pursue your research through PhD after doing M.Sc.

First of all, you have to check your drawing skills. If it is not good, then improve on priority basis. You have to choose the animation area, where you are comfortable and interested. Once you have identified this then start your work on it. If you want to animate 3D models, you can worry less about drawing - take an acting class; pick up the Illusion of Life, and Timing for Animation (recommended anyway) download free models and start moving them around.

Hi Raj,I am really sorry to say that as per eligibility criteria your class 12th PCM group is considered. You cannot replace your Maths subject with any other subject. You must score 50% marks in PCM group in class 12th to qualify for Engineering. Hope you are clear now. Best of luck.

With this combination, you can raise your career graph with some courses like:-
* Bio-Informatics (Biology, Maths, Statistics). * Astrobiology or Astrochemistry (Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Maths)
* Neural Network Engineering (specializations in NLP, AI etc. )
* Bio Research Analyst.
* Microbiologist.
There are still lot more course available. All you had to do is identify your Field of Interest and find the course which is best suits you. You may try engineering or Medical also if that attracts you.

The basic eligibility for admission in any of the Medical Colleges is 10+2 with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology along with English. However, this is not the only criteria for admission; the students have to take an entrance exam in order to prove themselves fit for the admission in any of the medical colleges.
