M.Sc. Stands for Masters in Science and M.Tech is for Masters in engineering. Once any of this course is done, then only you can apply for M.Phil.

Hello Saran, Both are very exciting fields. In vetenery you can be on your own. Let me assure you that there is acute shortage of these professionals and in future requirement is bound to rise. On the other hand, chemical engineering too has bright future as mankind needs to discover newer and newer chemicals to survive on this planet. My final advise will be to choose the one that fascinates you most.
