Yes, B.Sc in agriculture asks for at least 50% to 60% aggregate in class 12th with the subjects Physics, Chemistry and Biology for eligibility.

There are many courses that you can opt for after 12th with these subject. You can opt for MBBS and BDS and appear for NEET exam. B.Tech Biotech/ Food tech. / Biomedical also are the options. You have various other good options available. If you are interested in pursuing a course in Science you can go for various B.Sc. Hi,
The minimum eligibility for this course is a pass in 10+2 in Science stream with either Mathematics or Biology or both as compulsory subject. Universities hold their own entrance tests.

No, it is not necessary to attempt the bio portion as you must have taken maths as your optional subject so you can leave that portion.
