Yes, you can appear TUEEE for M.Sc in chemistry. For this biology is not mandatory.

No, mostly for B.Tech entrance exams, there are no questions from biology. But if you are asking for any specific exam, kindly brief it in the comment. For most of the exams, you just need to focus on chemistry, physics and mathematics.
