You should consult with the administration in your school if you want to change your subjects from PCM to PCB. Maths is an important subject and most colleges require you to have maths as a core subject if you want to gain admission in reputed colleges in the future. However, if you want to study Biology and your interests lie in medicine you should pursue PCB as your core subjects.
