Biology is not a mandatory requirement for B.Tech Food Technology degree courses. For example in Amity University, the eligibility criteria for B.Tech (Food Tech) 4-year degree programme is 10+2 level of education with physics, chemistry and maths / biology.

Hello,
Its a common conception that math is always tough :P
But, if you are interested in joining medical related courses or biotechnology then you must study biology. But you will be eligible to engineering courses as well.
If you choose C.S. you will be restricted to join engineering. As you say you are well versed in maths, I suggest you can take math+bio as your combination as the career & variety of courses will be wider.

I would encourage you to get your NCERTs and RS Agarwal sorted out for reasoning and competitive exam. For Verbal Ability, refer to Wren & Martin or some primer like McGraw Hill or Pearson. Solve a lot of mock tests and practice a lot of questions.
For the interview, prepare well about your background and also about the subjects in which you have high marks. The panelists are mainly interested in screening your confidence. You must definitely try to give some mock interviews.
