Sure, you will be able to do so if you are able to clear the cut-off.
If you will not be able to get good marks in maths and have an elective subject as a sixth one then you can apply.
And the sixth one should be selected in class 11th only according to me. Also, it is only available in some schools.

You can do B.Tech in biotechnology, B.Sc in biotechnology, B.Sc in microbiology or you can apply in medical too. There are a lot of options available for you.

For textile engineering, knowledge of physics and chemistry will be required more as compared to biology. Though few topics will be related to Biology. Topics like heat transfer, mass transfer, bio-process engineering and topics related to dye.
