B.Sc in agriculture or agriculture engineering is the best option if you do not want to study medical course. Other career options with job placements are B.Sc in nursing, B.Sc in pharmacy, biotechnology, biochemist, etc. It all depends on your state, the availability of courses and obviously your parent's finance support. Your dedication and class 12th score play a major role.
