Yes, you can. You must contact the university/department for Ph.D or integrated Ph.D which will include both the masters and the research degree. Full funding in Ph.D is difficult in UK yet check the links and contact the university.

You may be already aware of the concepts, and now need to focus on practicing the problems (like conceptual/numericalquestions in Physics).For Biology and Chemistry, Read from NCERT books. Next point will be helpful for you since only two months left to cover full AIPMT syllabus.Join a crash course (if possible), where you will learn about the important NEET topics and you can ask your doubts related to the new topics that you have not studied while preparing for CET.The NEET 2 paper duration can be different from your State CET, so you have to focus on the speed of solving problems and at the same time on accuracy because of negative marking.In last couple of weeks before the exam, focus on revision, and dont take too much stress.
The pattern and syllabus of NEET Phase 2 exam will be the same like AIPMT (Which is slightly modified in 2013 when NEET was introduced for the first time).
