You can pursue any of the course to go for MHA from tiss Mumbai. Since you want to pursue course in hospital administration then bha would be a better course to build go for. BHMS will be better as you can go for medical as well as administration field and it will open up career options for you. So both the courses are relevant for your future plan of pursuing MHA. If you only want to go for hospital administration then you should choose bha.

If you have PCM in your 12th apart from biology, you can take exams and apply for computer engineering. You need not have computers knowledge at the time of admission.

i know some school did not provide both bio and maths but if ur are interested in bio than whats the problem !! go ahead !! nothing is vetter than fulfilling a interest

BHU is autonomous to IIT .
So you can get a high level of learning experience as well benefit in jobs specially as a Assistant Professor.
