To appear for the NEET exam and pursue MBBS, it is mandatory to have Biology as a subject in your 10+2 level. Without Biology, you will not be eligible to apply for the NEET exam. A Bachelor of Arts in MS may not be directly relevant to cancer Biology but it may still be possible to pursue M.Sc. For IISER eligibility test you have to study Physics Chemistry and either Maths or Biology. Equal number of question will be asked from either of the subjects so it's not compulsion to study Maths only you can give the entrance test with Biology also.

Yes, don't restrict yourself just because you are a biology student. You have equal chances of making a career just as compared to other non-biological students. Yes, you can make a career in computers and programming by pursuing BCA. As you don't have mathematics then you can't pursue Biology.

If you are having Science stream in 12th, then no need of including best 4 subjects for admission in B.Sc. Courses, you have to include Maths (compulsory) and any 2 subjects from Physics Chemistry Biology or any other subject from the list of the subjects provided by DU. If you do not have Science in 12th, then you have to include your best 4 subjects in aggregate for admission. You have to include English and Maths both compulsarily and any 2 elective subjects from the list of subjects provided by DU.
