Because you are not concerned about the college, So the eligibility criteria of B.Sc. MLT of AIIMS is given below. Eligibility criteria : 10+2 with minimum 50% for Gen / OBC/EWS (45% in case of SCs / STs Categories) in aggregate in English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology. So you are not eligible for AIIMS B.Sc. MLT course. However you are eligible for following B.Sc. Courses of AIIMS.
1. Bachelor of Optometry
2. B.Sc. (Hons. ). Medical Technology in Radiography
3. B.Sc. In Medical Technology in Radiotherapy (M. T. RT)

Hi there Virat, I am sorry that is not possible in any case cause the basic eligibility criteria for NEET says you must attain an aggregate of 50% in physics, chemistry, and biology.
