Hello Prajwal,
Whether you get biomedical engineering or not is actually not dependent on your ranking in KCET in the sense there is no debarment for students having rank beyond certain numbers to seek admission for this branch. However, if the available seats are filled up by the candidates who are having better ranking than you then obviously you may not get the branch. I hope this satisfies your query.

Your ranking in KCET is orbit on the lower side. This perhaps means that you may get the branch but may not be in the college of your desire.
