Biomedical Engineering: Eligibility.
Candidate must have passed the 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognised state or central board with at least 50% (40% to 45% for reserved category candidates) of the marks with physics, chemistry, and mathematics/biology as the major subjects of study. In some colleges they required Maths for admission. Thanks!

As far as I know, you cannot change the college during your last year of graduation. So, you can complete your course and then write the entrance exams to get admission in the other colleges for post graduate courses.
