It certainly depends on your area of interest.
If you want to go into research and pursue a PhD degree, definitely opt for a Biomedical degree. However, if you are not at all interested in research, Biomedical is not an ideal option since it requires a lot of hard work.
The colleges offering Masters or PhD are way lesser in number in India.

Your PCB will be needed and valid for all pharmaceuticals and medical-related streams (not involving engineering).

Wow interesting course you are having, it will really a large scope in future. Well I will suggest you to go for M TECH further as it will enhance your knowledge and will help you gain knowledge at higher level, as you will learn the peer to peer knowledge of that course

Infrastructure: The only college having advanced technology automobile lab is our college in Chennai and 5 CAD labs with AC. Sports will be conducted. They even send us for intercollege matches. There are a lot of canteens. Hostels are good. Both AC and non-AC rooms are availa

You might have a chance if you have any reservation criteria.
Attend the counselling and choose your options appropriately.
