You should have biology in your intermediate and should secure a percentage of 50%. SC or ST candidates may get a relaxation of 5% in the eligibility criteria.

if you have to do bsc biotechnology then you should do +2 with subject combination of PCB and if you want to do btech in biotechnology then you should have maths as a extra subject because most of them ask for it , you can also give jee for admission in IITs for your biotech . Good luck

Biotechnology is a vast topic to cover in a few sentences. It mostly deals with genetics and molecular and cellular and nuclear level of practical studies of living cells. It is one of the most sought after career and if you are lucky enough, you can earn a lot but then again you have to work hard and study a lot.
