No. For biotechnology, you should be either doing a B.Tech or a B.Sc.

You should have biology in your intermediate and should secure a percentage of 50%. SC or ST candidates may get a relaxation of 5% in the eligibility criteria.

if you have to do bsc biotechnology then you should do +2 with subject combination of PCB and if you want to do btech in biotechnology then you should have maths as a extra subject because most of them ask for it , you can also give jee for admission in IITs for your biotech . Good luck

Biotechnology is a vast topic to cover in a few sentences. It mostly deals with genetics and molecular and cellular and nuclear level of practical studies of living cells.
