As per the JEE Main eligibility criteria B.Tech Biotechnology can be done after 12th with PCM. The eligibility criteria of JEE Main is given below. Eligibility : Should have passed 12th qualifying examination with Physics Mathematics and any one of Chemistry Biology Biotechnology, Technical Vocational Subject).
