The curriculum of Bachelor's in Science and Bachelor's in Technology is totally different specially in complex subjects like Biotech. Hence, you cannot pursue M.Tech after B.Sc. To pursue M.Tech in Environmental Engineering or Biotechnology Engineering the candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Technology or B.Tech Biotechnology or M.Sc. Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry or any other branch of life sciences with a minimum of 50% marks.

Biotech programmes, whereas you are qualified for B.Tech biotech programmes everywhere. With PCM, you can pursue biotechnology, but you must also choose Biology.
