The refund policy of College of Biotechnology, Mathura is subject to certain conditions. If a student withdraws from the course prior to the deadline for admission, a refund will be processed after the registration fee has been deducted. However, if seats are empty and not filled, there will be no refund. If withdrawals are made after the deadline or seats are not filled, the fee will not be refunded. A processing fee will be charged for withdrawals made prior to class commencement, and if the withdrawal occurs after class commencement, a refund may be made based on the specific terms of the refund policy has only partially provided.
