No, you will not be eligible for B.Sc biotechnology. For admission in B.Sc biotechnology you have to pass in PCM/ PCB. If you fail in any of the subjects you will not be eligible for B.Sc biotechnology.

Necessary marks for B.Tech. in Biotechnology at SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Tiruchirappalli Campus to get admission to B.Tech in biotechnology at SRM institute of Science and technology, Tiruchirappalli campus, you need to have a minimum 60% aggregate in pcm/pmb/pcb in your 12th board examination. You also need to appear for the srm JEE entrance exam and score well. Alternatively, you can also get direct admission to B.Tech in biotechnology if you have qualified in IIT JEE main/ SAT exams.
