Educational Qualification: You must have passed your 10+2 examination or an equivalent examination from a recognised board with Physics Chemistry and Biology as mandatory subjects. Some universities may also require Mathematics as a fourth subject. Minimum Marks: You must have secured a minimum of 50% to 60% marks in aggregate in your 10+2 examination, depending on the university's requirements.

As of my knowledge cutoff (September 2021), the cutoff for B.Sc. (Hons.) in Biotechnology at Shoolini University for the general category was around 60% in the 10+2 examination. However, the cutoff may differ for candidates belonging to reserved categories such as SC/ST/OBC.
