You need complete HS from Government School, then you can apply for B.Sc. Biotechnology in college where B.Sc. Biotechnology course available. Fees depend on college. Around 6-semester fees will be 15000-25000.

It is a 4 Year degree course. Biotechnology isn't considered as a 'good' course mainly because of lesser, high-paying job opportunities in the field. If you've done your Bachelors in a Biology related subject, it is highly probable that you won't get a job in the same field; and even if you do, your salary will mostly not be as high as an IT guy's salary. Of course, the chances of getting a biotech job, with a moderate/good salary increases with qualifications, I. e. , Masters, Ph.D. etc. But getting an IT job will guarantee you a better salary, without a Masters degree.
