For B.Tech Biotechnology you need a pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Chemistry, English and Mathematics or Biology or Biotechnology) or equivalent, subject to qualifying JEE Mains or any such entrance exam conducted by the university you want to take admission. So even you have not given JEEMains you can check the test of the universities which are these days equally efficient working on the norms of UGC. Check for some such institutions like ANNA, SRM. HiBTEch Biotechnology needs a pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Chemistry, English and Mathematics or Biology or Biotechnology) or equivalent, subject to qualifying.
The fee structure would vary as it depends on the score of your last qualification.It will vary on certain other parameters like:
The score you get in the test conducted by the college where you want to take admission or your JEEMains score
If you want to avail a scholarship,
If you belong to a category having some sort of concession
If you have a national level award or national level test has been cleared .So it would be best if you browse some good college

Hi,Yes, you can surely take B.Tech Biotechnology, because it needs a pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, English and Mathematics or Biology or Biotechnology or equivalent, subject to qualifying JEE Mains or any entrance exam a college conducts. The MAKAUT is an institute of repute. You can also try for NITMAS which offers good faculty. You have talked about the average fee structure for your course.
