In order to crack IITs, you need to have more than 90s and specifically in higher ranges and if not then atleast more than 75% but it would not work.

The decision would be based on your interest areas and long term career plans. Both Bio technology & Microbiology have ample scope so your choice should be based on your interest areas & career aspirations.

The decision would be based on your interest areas and long term career plans. If you want to pursue a career in academics / technical / research areas then M.Sc. +Ph.D in pure Science is better. However if you want to peruse a career in a specific field of biotechnology the B.Tech+M.Tech is better.

The decision would be based on your interest areas and long term career plans. If you want to pursue a career in academics / technical /analytics/ research areas then M.Sc. Would be a better option. In M.Sc. As well you have options to explore M.Sc. In Botany as well. However if you want to move into general management / operations side then MBA would be better. You also have the option to go into teaching and for that B.Ed is also an option that you can explore. On the whole you need to take a decision keeping in mind your interest areas & career goals.
