Both BIMTECH and Jaipuria Lucknow are among the top MBA colleges in India and should be ideally a choice for MBA aspirants. I would prefer Jaipuria because I have learned from there and I know the benefits of being there. You actually evolve at Jaipuria. But placements wise both are good colleges.

I don't know about BIMTECH but KSOM is not good. I'm a student of KIIT B. Tech of 2020 pass out. KIIT tells they provide 100% placement, this is absolutely lie. KIIT always tell a lie about their placement scenario, their highest packages. There is a large gap between what they tell about placement and what they provide. KIIT only takes a large amount of money from their students.

Chandigarh University is the best option for pursuing course in Retail Management in comparison to BIMTECH. Chandigarh University is NAAC A+ graded university and it also has a good infrastructure. The USB department of CU provides the MBA degree in many specialisations and even alot of placement opportunities are also available. CU also provides practical exposures by conducting expert talks, seminars, workshops and internships.
