Hi subhodip. I think BIMTECH is the best choice amongst all these colleges for great career prospects. IMI Kolkata - The average package offered was around Rs. 6.5 LPA, the highest package offered was Rs. 14 LPA and the lowest package offered was around Rs.5 LPA. Packages also went as high as Rs.15 Lacs. IMI Kolkata - The highest package was nearly Rs.8 Lacs pa, the average was 3.5 to 4 Lacs pa, and the lowest salary is Rs.2 Lacs pa. According to me, RIIM is the best option to do management studies. Because RIIM is the only place who will provides you that much of practical exposure according to the current corporate scenario which is most important to get good placement. I have done my MBA-Marketing from RIIM. RIIM will provides you maximum certification programme I. e. SAP, SIX SIGMA, NSE, FOREIGN LANGUAGE, BUSINESS ANALYTICS, and the most important is DIGITAL MARKETING certificate from IIM-KOZIKODE and MDP IIM INDORE. They will provide your number of industrial visits and guest lectures which is more helpful to enhance your knowledge. Placement is also good. Faculty is also good and very helpful. In an affordable fee you will get much more things in RIIM. Go for RIIM.

Whenever you are considering any college for pursuing PGDM or MBA just the placement figures cannot be the only factor to be considered. You should try to collect information about the following:
A) the brand value of the institute in the market
B) exposure which you are getting in the institute due to its location due to its record of consistent academic quality
C) brands coming for the placement
D) lastly the placement figures with respect to different specializations like marketing, Finance, HR etc. So, firstly, brand-wise Welingkar Mumbai is a very strong brand as compared to BIMTECH Greater Noida. Welingkar is a very old and strong brand since early 1990 whereas BIMTECH Greater Noida became a brand when it is started performing good after the global recession of 2009. Secondly, you get a very good exposure when you are studying in the financial capital of India Mumbai but this Mumbai never limits placement performance of Welingkar with respect to marketing specialization. They do provide very good placement around 8 Lacs rupees per annum CTC. Thirdly, even if you consider the ranking Welingkar Mumbai is amount top 30 institutes of India whereas BIMTECH is among the top 45. Thus we can conclude that BIMTECH is a very good management institute for marketing placement but Welingkar Mumbai is better. Good luck.
