BIMTECH does not accept MAT scores.For PGDM, only CAT and XAT scores are valid. MAT scores will be applicable for PGDM (RM) and PGDM (IBM).

In terms of faculty and placements, the college is doing well and the students are very much satisfied with the college.

In BIMTECH, MAT score is only valid for PGDM(RM) & PGDM(IBM) and a 95 percentile in MAT should be sufficient to get you through the next round.

Though any direct comparison is not possible for B Schools as each follows its own path of mission, vision, and values. BIMTECH - Noida and Christ University - Bangalore are the best. ITM - Mumbai and Alliance University are decent options.

The most prominent recruiter from BIMTECH was Landmark Group based in Dubai which has retails chains around the world. You have options to get into many retail groups like Aditya Birla, Titan etc.

BIMTECH will be a slightly better option as it has more exposure to companies. Christ has both MBA and PGDM programs, whereas BIMTECH has only PGDM.

Christ has very good reputation and offer decent placements and internship opportunities than BIMTECH.

For an OBC NCL category student the CAT cut off for BIMTECH would be anywhere above 55-60 percentile.

The CAT cutoff for PGDM and IB is supposedly 75%tile and for RM and IBM is above 70%tile in CAT. But mostly the candidates with more than 80%tile are absorbed for PGDM and IB. The placements are fairly average. The average package is around 6 Lakhs per annum.
