The faculty-student ratio is 1:15, and there is a strong industry-academia partnership, with 50+ MoUs with top companies. The campus spreads over an area of 18 acres, with all modern infrastructure and facilities.

Hello, BIT Patna was formed in the year 2006 as a public private partnership between BIT Mesra and government of Bihar. Since them this institute has performed quite well and now almost after 20 years of its existence it boasts of a very good placements cell and also a very good placements statistics. Hello, it's now almost 20 years since BIT Mesra formed a campus in Patna along with government of Bihar. Since then this college has come up in a big way in both academics as well as in placements. Hello, BIT Patna campus of the famous BIT Mesra, was established in the capital of Bihar as a public private partnership between this institution and govt of Bihar, in the year 2006. This institute offers many courses at undergraduation post graduation and doctoral research areas. Besides engineering BBA is one of the very sought after course at this institute. The fees keeps increasing every year from 1st year to 3rd year. The total fees to be paid comes to just about rupees 500000. Hello, over a period of time lots of colleges in government as well as private sphere have come up in Patna the capital of Bihar. At last count there were about 20 such colleges. Of course the pride of place among these is taken by IIT Patna followed by NIT Patna. However Birla institute of technology at Patna that was established in the year 2006 is not far behind.
