As you have scored 39.5 percentile in JEE Mains exam 2019 and you belongs to ST category. Therefore, you should participate in the counselling process and go till the last round of the counselling. You might get a seat in BIT Sindri in civil engineering. At the same time, apply for some other good private colleges like Amity University, Sharda University, Lovely Professional University, etc. as per your interests and convenience to be in the safer side.

As you have scored 87.11 percentile in JEE Mains exam 2019. Also, you belongs to general EWS category. So, you are eligible to participate in the counselling process. But getting a seat in first round will be difficult for you. So I will suggest you to participate in the counselling process till last round. You might get a seat.
Best of luck.

As you have scored 72 percentile in JEE Mains, so it will be a little bit difficult for you to get admission in BIT Sindri with this score. I will suggest you to go for some good private colleges like Amity University, Sharda University, Lovely Professional University, etc. as per your interests and convenience.
Best of luck.

Although getting a seat is not sure. But, you should participate in the counselling process wisely and smartly. Also, you need to wait till the last round of the counselling process. You might get a seat. But to be in the safer side, you should apply for some other colleges also.
Best of luck.
