Hi, you should go for BITS, Pilani campus for electrical and electronics engineering. Although, all the campuses are good and choose as per convenience of individuals, BITS, Pilani campus is considered as the best. These all campuses are under same college, BITS, Pilani. No, you are not eligible for M.Tech from BIT K R Puram without appearing in GATE exam. Admission in this college is done through GATE ranking, which will create problems for you to get admission. Best of luck.

Chances are very low, but you should try for lower order NITs like NIT Patna, NIT Jalandhar, NIT Jamshedpur, NIT Durgapur etc. You might get a seat in last round. You can predict other possible colleges here:

It's precisely to avoid such biases and perceptions that the paper in 'others' session was easy, National Testing Agency has decided to use percentile method. In this percentile is calculated for each session. Hence we can expect at least 8 students with 100 percentile in April sessions. It's quite logical & unbiased.
