First of all, never be nervous, be bold and confident and try to learn new words by watching English movies and at the same time if they ask you something, be confident to say that you are weak and tell them you will improve.

Chances are very low, but you should try for lower order NITs like NIT Patna, NIT Jalandhar, NIT Jamshedpur, NIT Durgapur etc. You might get a seat in last round. You can predict other possible colleges here:

It's precisely to avoid such biases and perceptions that the paper in 'others' session was easy, National Testing Agency has decided to use percentile method. In this percentile is calculated for each session. Hence we can expect at least 8 students with 100 percentile in April sessions. It's quite logical & unbiased.
