Yes, you will easily get Computer science engineering branch in Birsa Institute of Technology with this rank. Same is the case for mechanical engineering. Wait till the last round. You may also get civil engineering there.

Hello Krishna,
As per your rank in JEE, you must switch it to any NITs or BIT Mesra, however BIT Sindri is also a reputed institute but it lags in giving a good environment, exposure and good placements.
