Candidates declared qualified in the exam will be eligible to participate in the BITS HD counselling process. Applicants have to score marks equal to or more than the BITS HD cutoff to be eligible for the counselling process. The documents required at the time of BITS HD 2025 counselling are given below.  BITS HD application form  Class XII certificate  Qualifying degree certificate  Application fee payment receipt  Aadhar card Marksheet of all the semesters  Recent passport size photograph  Class X certificate Any other document is mentioned in the admission letter of BITS HD  BITS HD admission letter GATE/GPAT Scorecard (if applicable)

There are total 5 rounds of counseling. But mostly which stream you will get, it becomes clear after 2nd round. Because always each student fills his choice in 1st round and after the declaration of first round they ask for deposit of admission fee for 1st sem, where most of the students back off (many of them have got admission in good IITs). So, in 2nd round, only those who submit the admission fee, get the courses (specially the interested ones). After the declaration of 2nd round's result you are further asked to submit the mess bills in advance and those who submit, gets their name in 3rd round.
