For VIT, it is minimum 60% marks in class 12th. For BITS, it is 75% marks.

It depends on marks that you obtain in Diploma. If you have more then 95% marks, only then you may get admission. Direct in second year admission for Diploma student.

Hi Yamini,
The M.Sc. Economics course is a bit different from the other Masters of Economics courses. It is an Integrated First Degree course in which you can take admission after 12th Standard and appearing for BITSAT Exam. The eligibility criteria for BITSAT is "Candidates should have passed the 12th examination of 10+2 system from a recognised Central or State board or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) and adequate proficiency in English. Hi Prabhakar, Your query is not clear. However, as far as your son's education at BITS Pilani, he can get scholarships during his study. There are scholarships provided at BITS Pilani: Merit Cum Need Scholarships
