You need to score 75% aggregate in PCM in 12th and 60% in each of the three subjects.
Then you have to appear for Bitsat exam. Based on its score you will get the available branch.

I'm afraid it isn't.
JEE advanced requires concept development, but BIT SAT requires speed and accuracy along with concept development.
But preparation to JEE advanced improves your speed and concept which might help a bit in bitsat. But the difficulty level and speed in these entrance exams are way different.

It is good that you scored 74% in pcm in your 12th standard, but i'm sorry to say it isn't sufficient to qualify for an admission or exam registration for studying b.tech in bits, pilani.
It requires at least more than 75% strictly.
