Without any doubt, go for BITS-Hyderabad for civil as BITS-Hyderabad is better than IIIT-Bhopal. IIIT-Bhopal is new and doesn't have good infrastructure. Faculty members are also not good in IIIT-Bhopal and also college life is boring.

For CSE, the cutoff for Pillani would be around 460 and 20 - 30 marks lesser for the other two campus. For ECE around 390, EEE around 350, Chemical around 320 and civil 310.

The BITS Pilani offers MBA in general management only with following electives subjects as under.
1. Engineering & Technology Management
2. IT Enabled Services Management
3. Finance
4. Marketing
5. HRM
Hence MBA in Hospitality/ Hotel management is not available here.

No, it is not mandatory to do the integrated program but you have to apply for the M.Sc. You just apply for it and don't go for the integrated courses.
