Hello,
Bits Goa/ Pilani is better in terms of peer group compared to NIT Jalandhar and Inmiit CSE. In the case of placements and studies prefer NIT Jalandhar above the two of them. However, if you are more interested in chemicals than ICE and CSE go for BITS. Overall as far as I know, my ranking would be
NIT Jalandhar ICE &get; BITS Chemival &get; lnmiit CSE.

You can appreciate persons who have disabilities by being in awe of them. People with disabilities are stronger than you and me. While you read this I want you to imagine yourself with no legs or arms. Close your eyes and walk around the room.
