With a score of 210, there is no change to get admission in ECE branch. Rather, admission in any other branch is next to impossible with 210. Generally, the cut-off for admission in BITS for any branch (except B.Pharm) is around 295, slightly varying each year.

BITS, Hyderabad or any other BITS campus is much better than VIT. I am not saying this because I am from BITS, but BITS Pilani has much more value as a private college than VIT. So, if you have a good BITSAT score and you are getting Computer Science branch in BITS, Hyderabad, don't hesitate to opt for the same.

Focus on NCERT if you haven't done any preparations yet. Most of the portion will be from that only. Apart from that, you can refer to some references books like "Arihant BITSAT" or any other popular publications and start solving questions from there. BITSAT is all about practice, you need speed and accuracy to crack BITSAT, so focus on that.
I wish you all the best.

For cracking BITSAT, focus mainly on NCERT books. Also, you will find online what the exact syllabus from BITSAT is. Follow that. No need for learning too High-end topics. You just need basic knowledge about everything. BITSAT is all about speed and accuracy.
You can purchase a book like ARIHANT or Mc. Graw Hill specifically made for BITSAT and practice from there. It will be of great help to you.
For any other help, do let me know.

It is absolutely up to you which stream you wish to choose. All streams are different and have their own positives and negatives. If you have a specific interest in any field, choose that field without any doubt. If you don't, and you just want a good package once you leave college, then definitely computer science is the one for you.
That been said, all of this also depends on what BITSAT score you get. Try to score high so that you have quite a lot options to choose from.

Year by year, the cutoff for admission is increasing in BITS. 2 years ago, I would have considered 300+ a safe score to get admission into BITS, Pilani. Last year, cutoff was 296 for M.Sc Biology at Hyderabad campus. The cutoff for all other branches at any of the three campuses was more than this (excluding B.Pharm.). So, if you are aiming to get into BITS, I would suggest keep a target score of around 310+. Obviously, better the score, better branch you get.

No, you are not eligible for writing BITSAT in 2017 if you passed your 12th exam in 2015. Students who will be writing 12th exams in 2017 or who passed exam in 2016, only are eligible to give BITSAT 2017 exams.
