Unfortunately, it's not possible for BCA graduates to apply for M.Tech as it requires a much more advanced knowledge in the field of Science and technology. However, the students can pursue MCA and then they might have a chance to apply for M.Tech.

No. This year nobody is going to join IIIT Gwalior. Because no one could clear it's admission criteria. This year it's ranking was higher than IIT Bombay CSE. Also one more point was added that the whole fees has to be paid during the admission only which was 78 lacs. Educational qualifications have also changed this year. One has to be a red zone coder on Codeforces.
So unfortunately no one could qualify. Those who had backlogs will continue in this year's batch as full timer

BITS (BIRLA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY AND Science) organizes BITSAT exam for admission of undergraduate courses in BITS Pilani, BITS Goa and BITS Hyderabad. You have mentioned that you scored 166 marks in the exam. 166 is a quite low score. So your chances of getting a seat in counselling is quite less.
