The BITS School of Management (BITSoM) offers a two-year residential MBA program with several specializations: Leadership and Strategy, Marketing and Consumer Insights, E-Commerce and Digital Leadership, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, and Finance and Investments.  BITSoM also offers transformative learnings and business core courses, including:Strategy, Finance, Marketing, Organizational Behavior, Operations, and Leadership.  BITSoM is the fifth campus of BITS Pilani, which was established in 1901 as a pathshala in Pilani village. The institute has campuses in Dubai, Goa, Hyderabad, and Pilani.

The highest package offered to an MBA student at the BITS School of Management (BITSoM) in 2024 was INR 50 LPA. The average package offered was INR 23.41 LPA.  The 2024 MBA batch at BITSoM had 131 students, with 41 accepting pre-placement offers. The median CTC for placed students was INR 24 LPA.  Some of the top recruiters for the 2023 batch included:McKinsey & Co, Bain & Co, Kearney, EY, PwC, KPMG, ICICI Bank, HUL, Accenture, and HSBC.

BITSoM MBA admissions are based on CAT/ GMAT/ GRE, and a personal interview. BITSoM median CAT percentile considered is 94 percentile and for GRE cutoff is 319 and for GMAT the cutoff is 690. BITSoM doesn't impose any sectional or overall cutoff for admission.

BITSoM has released the placement report 2024 on its official website. Candidates can download it from the official website of BITS School of Management (BITSoM). BITSoM has a dedicated placement cell that witnesses the participation of top corporate joints every year during the placement session.
