I am afraid, BITSAT eligibility demands that a prospective student must obtain at least 75% marks in PCM to be eligible. As you have scored less, your application form is not likely to get registered. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information about this.

Om Prakash, Plain reading of the eligibility conditions of BITSAT does not indicate any prohibition for attempt to improve score. However, there is general limitation of which batch of students can only apply this year.
