No fee is reimbursed on the basis of BITSAT marks. You will only allotted a college on the basis of your marks. Scholarships are given on merit cum need basis once you join college.

No, Birla Institute of Technology and Science does not offer any 5-year course for computer science without BITSAT score. To get admission in CS, you have to score pretty high, like around 360+ marks out of 420 in BITSAT.
