While registering for the BITSAT counselling process, the candidates will have to pay the required fee. The BITSAT counselling fee for all candidates is INR 1,000. The fee payment can be done online i.e., through net banking/credit card/debit card or offline at the ICICI bank branches with a specially generated pay-in-slip. If the candidates are not able to make the payment, then they will not be able to participate in the BITSAT counselling process.

After completing the BITSAT counselling registration process, the candidates will be required to select their choice of courses and campuses in the order of preferences. It is important for the candidates to select the choices in the order of preferences since it will be taken into consideration during the BITSAT seat allotment process. After the preferences are selected, the candidates will have to submit it before the final date. After the final date, the authorities will not accept any requests for submissions of preferences.

BITSAT 2025 counselling registration dates have not been announced yet. Eligible candidates will be able to register for the counselling of BITSAT 2025 at bitsadmission.com. To be registered, the candidates will have to provide their basic details, submit their 12th standard marks, and select their choice of courses and campuses. BITSAT counselling fee also has to be paid online. Only the registered candidates will be considered for the BITSAT seat allotment process.

To participate in the BITSAT counselling process, the candidates will have to meet the basic eligibility criteria. All candidates should have qualified BITSAT with the required scores or ranks to participate in the counselling process. However, 12th standard national and state board toppers will also be eligible for direct admissions into the participating campuses. The candidates are advised to check the official eligibility criteria carefully before applying for the BITSAT counselling process.

BITSAT counselling will be held online for all qualified candidates. To be registered for the BITSAT counselling process, the candidates will have to go to the official website, register, fill out their basic details, submit the 12th standard marks, select their preferred courses and colleges and pay the counselling fee. BITSAT seat allotment will be announced online in the form of iterations. Allotment of seats will be done based on the candidate's rank, preferences, category and seat availability. Once allotted, the candidates will have to confirm their admission before the final date.

A total of 12 additional questions will be provided to those candidates who are able to attempt all 130 questions of the BITSAT paper in less than 3 hours. These 12 additional questions can be attempted within the remaining time. No extra time will be provided. For each section (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology sections and Logical Reasoning), 3 questions will be given to the candidates. Once the candidates start attempting these 12 additional questions, they will not be able to go back and make changes in their previously answered questions.

Applicants are required to have completed one of the following entrance examinations/tests: JEE ( Main)with a minimum of 60 percentile. Students with aggregate score of 75% in class 12 but JEE (Main) percentile above 50% may be considered.SAT / BMU-SAT / CUET

BITSAT candidates are advised to leave their belongings with their parents or guardians accompanying them to the centre. However, if the candidates are coming alone, then the authorities will provide space for the candidates to deposit their belongings at the BITSAT exam centre. However, the candidates are advised to not bring valuable belongings as the authorities do not take any responsibility regarding the loss of belongings.
