These two are good institutions indeed. However, if you want to apply in some more colleges, then Manipal University, SRM or Symbiosis University are also equally good. You can think of these also.

Birla Institute of Technology and Science Aptitude Test (BITSAT) is conducted by Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) to offer admissions to interested candidates to its Integrated First degree programmes including BE, Pharma and M.Sc programmes. BITSAT exam is a computer based test (CBT) which aspirants need to clear in order to secure admission at BITS campuses located at Pilani, Goa and Hyderabad.

BITSAT (BITS admission test) is a national level examination conducted by BITS Pilani for admission Into undergraduate engineering and pharmacy programs. It is one of the prestigious institutions in India and so this makes the exam more important and competitive. You may refer www.bitsadmission.com for more details.

It's good to join any crash course. They will provide good video lectures. But rely solely on it only when you find yourself able to solve every problem easily. Besides, in this case, you have to put all the efforts yourself. It is advised to pick other options too.

Yes, BITSAT is much easier than JEE Advanced but the cut-offs are too much high.
