Hello Bhavya,
These two are good institutions indeed. However, if you want to apply in some more colleges, then Manipal University, SRM or Symbiosis University are also equally good. You can think of these also.

BITSAT (BITS admission test) is a national level examination conducted by BITS Pilani for admission Into undergraduate engineering and pharmacy programs. It's good to join any crash course. They will provide good video lectures. But rely solely on it only when you find yourself able to solve every problem easily. Besides, in this case, you have to put all the efforts yourself. It is advised to pick other options too.

Yes, BITSAT is much easier than JEE Advanced but the cut-offs are too much high.
