Amity University is in Noida and can be a good option. They have a state of the art studio and a community radio which are good to learn at. Besides, IIMC can also be a good option. Some channels like AajTak are also having their institutes which are totally private.

Moreover, choosing one from English (Hons) and BJMC is a tough decision. You need to think and analyse whether news/media industry interest you more or the writing and editing industry. IPU, Delhi conducted its individual entrance exam for admission in BJMC course. If you have given the entrance and have scored well (cleared the cut-off of colleges), you can definitely take admission there.
